Real-time carrier shipping rates at checkout

Live USPS, UPS and FedEx rates quoted on the actual parcel — its real weight and its real dimensions — then labels you buy at cost from the same dashboard the order arrived in.

Rates are priced on the parcel, not a guess

Most simple carts quote from weight alone, or from a flat table. Carriers do not price that way, and the gap comes out of the merchant's margin.

  • Dimensions count. Carriers bill on dimensional weight when a parcel is large and light. A quote that ignores the box will be under the real cost.
  • Carts resize. Adding a second item does not just add weight, it changes the box. The parcel is recalculated from everything in the cart.
  • Variants have their own size. A five pound bag is not the same parcel as the twelve ounce version of the same product, and is not priced as one.
  • The address is the real one. Rates are recalculated against the shipping address the customer actually enters, not a placeholder.

From order to label

  1. Set up your products once

Weight and box dimensions per product, and per variant where they differ. This is what everything else is computed from.

  2. The customer picks a service

They see live options at checkout for the carriers you have enabled, priced for their address and their cart.

  3. You buy the label

The parcel is already filled in from the order. Choose a service and buy the postage; it is billed to your card at cost.

  4. Tracking sends itself

The customer gets the tracking number by email without you writing it. The order is marked shipped.

Free local delivery

If you deliver to nearby customers yourself, list the ZIP codes you cover. Shoppers in those ZIPs are offered free delivery at checkout, alongside the carrier options rather than instead of them — someone three miles away may still want it couriered, and taking that choice away costs the sale. You can set a minimum order value on it.

Discounts that include shipping

  • Free shipping over a threshold, applied automatically.
  • Free shipping behind a promo code the shopper types in the cart.
  • Percentage and fixed-amount discounts on the products themselves.

What it costs

Postage is billed to your card at the time you buy a label. A payment card is required before a label can be purchased, because the postage is bought for you at the moment you click. See pricing for plan and transaction fees.

Quote real shipping on your own site

Add your products with their weights and box sizes, and checkout will price them the way the carrier will.
